Our product 3 Side Seal Flat bags mainly for the packaging of tea and coffee, we usually called them paper palstic bag. We uses the latest technology paper plus film packaging, which achieves 70% of the paper, but still has the barrier function of Aluminum foil bag, which is more environmentally friendly. We can reduce the printing cost of a set of flexographic and intaglio printing plates to hundred dollars. We can achieve CTP direct printing without the cost of plate making.

Our paper plastic pouches are new environment-friendly degradable materials. The first layer is paper, and the second layer is environment-friendly degradable PE. The protective layer is optional: matt film, bright film, matt oil, bright oil and special film. The printing layer is divided into coated paper plastic bag, kraft paper plastic bag and special paper plastic bag. The barrier layer can be aluminum foil film, aluminized film, transparent PET, and the heat seal layer can be PE, CPP, PE degradation film, etc.

Our tea package and Coffee outer packing printing adopts CTP printing, and the high color value, full and realistic color alignment can be magnified to 100 times. It solves the traditional problems of color value not keeping up with, color not satisfying, inaccurate color registration and smear, layout scratching, etc.
